Yes, every course includes a verifiable blockchain-based certificate. Upon successfully completing a course, you will receive a professional fintekin Certificate of Completion, which you can download and share.

Yes. fintekin certifications are blockchain-verified, ensuring authenticity and employer trust. We also collaborate with fintech companies and industry bodies for accredited courses.

Once enrolled, all your courses will appear in My Learning tab under your Profile. You can learn anytime, anywhere — on desktop or mobile.

Follow our fast, 3-step process 1) Sign up. 2) Apply to become an instructor and get approved, 3) Upload a course and start teaching!

Instructors earn 50% of the revenue from their courses. Payments are made monthly through PayPal or bank transfer.

Yes. After you submit your course, our support team will review, provide feedback, and guide you on the course creation process. We also provide guidance on course design and marketing support for your content success.

We encourage instructors to create content on blockchain, AI, digital banking, regulatory compliance, and emerging fintech innovations.

Absolutely. We collaborate with fintech companies, universities, and regulators to co-create our content.

You can request a refund by navigating to your Order History and selecting the course you want to refund. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

In the Refund Status column you can see the date your refund request was submitted or when it was processed.

All eligible courses purchased on fintekin can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method, the refund will be granted using "fintekin Credit."

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after we received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.

If your purchase was made within 7 days, you can request a refund and enroll in the correct course. Outside this period, you may be eligible for fintekin Credit instead.
