1. Refunds for Individual Course Purchases
You may request a refund within 14 days of your course purchase if:

Refunds will not be granted if:
• More than 25% of the course has been completed.
• A certificate has already been issued for the course.
• We determine refund abuse (e.g., repeated requests after significant content consumption)
2. Refund Methods
Refunds, if approved, will be issued in one of the following forms:
• Original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), or
• In-platform credit to be used on future courses, at Fintekin’s discretion.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. Content Removal and Platform Changes
If fintekin must disable, update, or remove access to content you purchased due to legal, policy, or business reasons:
• You may be eligible for a full or pro-rated refund, or
• Receive in-platform credit, depending on course progress and reason for removal.
4. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests and take appropriate actions if:
• A user has a pattern of excessive refunds, or
• Content is significantly downloaded or consumed prior to the request, or
• There is evidence of bad faith behavior (e.g., requesting refunds after certification).
Consequences may include:
• Permanent loss of refund eligibility,
• Account suspension or termination,
• Legal action in cases of fraud.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your course purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, provided:
• The course has not been fully consumed, and
• You have not received a certificate or completed more than 25%.
6. Corporate and Enterprise Training Refunds
Refunds for custom training packages or enterprise subscriptions are governed by separate contracts and not eligible under the standard refund policy.

7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit your Account Dashboard > Purchase History, or submit a ticket to our Support Team.

In your request, please include:
• Order ID or invoice
• Course or subscription name
• Reason for request
